These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SkinCore mobile application and related services operated by SkinCore ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using SkinCore, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SkinCore, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

SkinCore is a skincare ingredient analysis application that allows users to:

• Scan and analyze cosmetic product ingredients.
• Receive safety scores and skin compatibility ratings.
• Create and share skincare routines with the community.
• Discover their skin type through our quiz feature.
• Access premium features via a monthly subscription.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Premium Subscription

• SkinCore offers a monthly premium subscription that unlocks unlimited scans and skin compatibility analysis.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
• Pricing may vary by region and is subject to change with notice.

5. Free Tier Limitations

Free users are limited to 3 product scans per day. Additional scans require a premium subscription. Advertisements may be displayed to free users.

6. User Content

When you post content (routines, photos, comments) on SkinCore:

• You retain ownership of your content.
• You grant SkinCore a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and use your content within the app.
• You agree not to post content that is illegal, offensive, misleading, or violates others' rights.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use SkinCore for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the app or its servers.
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others.
• Scrape or collect data from SkinCore without permission.
• Use the app to distribute spam or malicious content.

8. Ingredient Analysis Disclaimer

SkinCore provides ingredient safety information for educational purposes only. Our analysis is based on publicly available data and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult a dermatologist or healthcare professional before making skincare decisions, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and features of SkinCore are the property of SkinCore and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of SkinCore without our written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

SkinCore integrates with third-party services including Google Firebase, Google AdMob, and Apple App Store. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkinCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to skin reactions resulting from products analyzed by the app.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to SkinCore at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of SkinCore after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
